1967-1971, had carried this traditional looking T-Bird for about 5 years, The 1971 Thunderbird, had the tried and true Thunder Jet Engine, connected to the traditional Ford 3 speed automatic transmission. The 1971 Ford Thunderbird, was the last of this body style. You just might find yourself behind the wheel of a Thunderbird. Take a look at the pictures and see for yourself.
I think to be able to purchase a classic and drive it, at an affordable price, just might be the fun car you have been looking for. The interior, seems quite nice, It looks like no body sat in the back seat. However, the body looks straight, has had no wrecks or accidents. Well, I guess there will be some things that may need some work on an older car, that I may not know about. It looks like the trunk lid seal may have not have sealed properly at one time, so you can see some surface rust in the trunk floor.

Both power windows do not go up and down. Noted that the Air conditioning system isinoperable. It has been re painted with the original OEM Ford Yellow. Tires and brakes are in good working order. The odometer reads and states, 86,353 miles.

The vehicle carries the California White license plates that are current, however, it does come with the original California Blue License plates, in case, you would like to use them, they are available with the car. These cars were built for comfort, power and durability. The car that we have in this auction, is a very complete and kept original 1971 Ford Thunderbird, with the 429 V-8 Thunder Jet Engine, and 3 speed automatic transmission. The family is in the process of locating any documents, receipts and paperwork for all the cars including this one. I took over an estate of 11 collected cars, and this car is one of the last three to be sold. The pictures have not been re touched, manipulated or photo shopped.
